1. Delivery Times
Each ORZIEL piece is meticulously crafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
2. Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress in real-time.
4. International Shipping
Currently, ORZIEL ships within India only. We are working hard to bring our wearable resin art to the global community soon. Stay tuned for updates via our newsletter.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
