Return & Refund
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your jewellery within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original luxury packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team to initiate the process. Given the unique nature of resin jewellery, replacements are subject to availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and health reasons, including earrings and custom-made or personalized pieces. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
